Our team

Led by Martin Malachovsky, M.D., M.P.H., our travel medicine team combines extensive experience in internal medicine with specialized knowledge in travel health.

Martin Malachovsky, M.D., M.P.H.

After completing my medical education at Charles University in Prague, I moved to the United States to pursue my residency training in Internal Medicine at Brown University. As a board certified internist, I started practice in upstate New York, where I was also actively involved in hospital management. In 2004, I enrolled in Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health to advance my knowledge in public health, prevention, health care management and global health problems, and received my Masters in Public Health (MPH).
